Third Generation Family Jewellers specialising in Fine Luxury Watches, Gold & Diamond Jewellery, Investment Gold and Safekeeping activities. We are a fast-paced business covering a vast proportion of the jewellery industry.

This is a full and part-time on-site Content Creator role with strong Marketing Skills at Cielo Jewellers in Birmingham. The successful candidate will focus on developing and implementing marketing strategies for our brands. Responsibilities include content creation, managing omni-channel marketing across Google, social media, and other outlets, brand and story development, and analyzing digital campaigns with a results-driven approach. You will also coordinate new partnerships and micro-influencers to support the brands.

We are looking for someone who is dynamic, able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and manage multiple projects. Results are essential.

Qualifications / Expectations:

1. Strong Photography, Videography, and Content Creation skills using a professional camera and smartphone for social media & e-commerce. Experience with macro lens photography is preferred. Having your own camera equipment and experience shooting content is essential.
2. Ability to create and edit graphics and content using Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, and other editing apps.
3. Market research and strategy skills to identify and set market trends aligned with our brand.
4. Proven experience managing digital campaigns, with a good understanding of digital metrics, lead generation, and analytics across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google PPC/SEO, and LinkedIn.
5. Brand development skills, including storytelling and community engagement to build passionate followers around our products.
6. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
7. A passion for the luxury goods industry and an understanding of consumer psychology is a bonus.
8. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a bonus but not essential.
