Mid-Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Financial Services / FinTech

Oliver Bernard are currently working with a leading Financial Services / FinTech client of ours, based in Newcastle, who are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join them and be responsible for scaling their Automation practices.

Currently hiring across various levels with multiple headcount, this position is open to Mid and Senior level engineers in the QA / Testing space. Working with various tech stacks, it is also open to engineers with experience in C#, Java, JavaScript and Python environments.

To apply, you must have a 2:1 or above degree within a STEM subject from a Russell Group University, alongside the following experience:

• Previous Hands-On coding experience with an OOP language (C#, Java, JavaScript and Python etc.)
• Framework experience with the likes of SpecFlow, Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress etc.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps or equivalent)
• Prior experience in Agile environments
• Critical thinker with an ability to think outside the box.

This opportunity can offer £60-110K for the right profile, alongside benefits, and is on-site 5 days p/week in Newcastle.
