We are looking for an impactful Product Analyst to join our team to manage and support cross-team projects in the traveler experience group. You will be joining a small team under the larger Amex GBT Neo Select group.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day :

• Coordinate within the Traveler Experience team, tracking progress and supporting the Product Manager from HRG and Neo, including data tracking, scorecards, and follow-ups.
• Support and maintain relationships with external providers, such as Routehappy/ATPCO or translation services.
• Contribute to process improvements and organizational initiatives, including global projects related to Neo’s Voice of Customer or Analytics, analyzing feedback and data to optimize processes.
• Manage occasional projects.

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven experience delivering analysis that customers value.
• GDS knowledge would be a plus.
• Familiarity with online and offline platform ecosystems.
• Experience in the B2B travel industry with some GDS exposure.
• An excellent communicator capable of simplifying and explaining complex topics.
• Technical, analytical, relationship-oriented, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for collaboration.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Influencing skills and experience working within large organizations.
