Are you a strategic and driven sales leader with a proven track record in the fleet sector? Do you thrive on leading high-performing teams and delivering ambitious sales and profit targets? If so, this could be your next exciting opportunity.

We are recruiting for a Head of Fleet to work on a full-time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will:

  1. Develop and implement fleet sales strategy aligned with UK and global objectives.
  2. Drive market share, volume, and profit targets through analysis, targeted campaigns, and performance monitoring (via SalesMAN).
  3. Lead and coach the fleet sales team; maintain strong relationships with major customers and Private Capital Dealers.
  4. Manage sales figures and budgets across IKA, National Fleet, and Motorhome channels; ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements.

To perform this role effectively, you should have in-depth knowledge of the Light Commercial Vehicle industry, with a focus on providing solutions for customer needs.

You should have an entrepreneurial mindset, be a self-starter, self-motivated, and a change advocate. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
