We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to join our innovative online marketing team. This role is crucial in driving our customer acquisition efforts through paid media, paid social, and affiliate marketing channels, supported by a specialist agency.

Key responsibilities:
Paid Media Management
Work closely with our SEM agency to review ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, including experience with PMAX.
Collaborate with brand teams to produce engaging, converting ads that follow best practices, optimizing ad copy and keywords to improve CTR and conversion rates.
Monitor performance metrics to maximise ROAS.
Paid Social Advertising
Create and execute advertising strategies on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Work with the brand team to execute campaigns around product launches to drive sell-through and reach.
Implement A/B testing, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies to boost engagement.
Affiliate Marketing
Coordinate with our affiliate agency to identify growth opportunities and increase brand awareness.
Analyze affiliate performance data to optimize commission structures and identify new opportunities.
Performance Analysis
Track KPIs across all channels and provide regular performance reports.
Conduct A/B testing to refine strategies based on data insights.
Collaborate with the SEM agency to analyze trends and optimize marketing spend.
Budget Management
Assist the Performance Marketing Manager in managing advertising budgets to maximize ROI while controlling customer acquisition costs.
Work with the agency to align on budget allocation and campaign objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the finance team to ensure KPIs are met, requiring strong problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with other marketing teams, such as email and brand marketing, to ensure consistent messaging.
Contribute ideas to the wider marketing team's objectives and ambitions.
