Job description

We work with some of the UK's largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance, and improvements across all property sectors.

We are looking for an all-round Multi Trader in the Hastings area to carry out various aspects of housing maintenance (excluding M&E) and provide high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
2. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from our clients.
3. Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
4. Conduct inspections and identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.
5. Collaborate with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Benefits:

• Salary up to £36,000 per annum, including Van and Fuel
• Monthly performance-based bonus of up to £250
• Annual bonus of £3,600 after 12 months
• OTE £43,000
• 23 days annual holiday, increasing after 1 year of service to a maximum of 28 days
