Job Opportunity: Community Staff Nurse

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Community Staff Nurse to work and provide out-of-hospital services to patients in the Beckenham, Bromley area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.

This reputable company offers a wide range of services including community nursing, district nursing, health visiting, and specialist nursing to deliver therapy services for children, young people, and adults.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Duties:

1. Contributing to holistic assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care.
2. Implementing, monitoring, and maintaining high standards of care.
3. Re-assessing and re-evaluating care programs as needed.
4. Being an active team member sharing best practices.
5. Contributing to clinical service delivery, including patient assessments, care plan design and review, and delivering effective clinical care.
6. Assisting with daily team coordination, including handovers, work allocation, and managing referrals and messages.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience in accurate record-keeping.
• Proven high standards of clinical care.
• Experience with drug administration or willingness to attend training.
• Knowledge of clinical standards and audits.
• Community nursing experience or placements.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £31,163 - £37,875 per annum, with Band 5 and Band 6 options available, including HCAS. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. Benefits include:
