Salary: Excellent Base + Tiered Commission (up to 30%) + Benefits

We’re hiring a Team Lead GTM / Technical Sales Recruiter to launch our newest function at Cubiq AI, helping clients hire revenue-driving roles such as Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Pre-Sales, Customer Success.

Following our AI team’s success, demand in this space is growing rapidly. These roles are essential for delivering AI products to customers, and many clients struggle to find talent fluent in both tech and commercial aspects.

If you’re already recruiting in GTM or tech sales (SaaS, cyber, devtools, etc.) and want to transition into AI, this is your opportunity. You don’t need to be an expert on day one; our established ML, data, software, and infra teams will support your ramp-up.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and grow our GTM vertical within AI.
  • Collaborate with other AI Team Leaders to drive growth.
  • Build an elite network and place roles like Enterprise AE, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Partner Leads, and VP/Executive levels.
  • Sell comprehensive end-to-end recruitment solutions to prospective AI clients.
  • Develop relationships with early-stage start-ups & Series A-C AI companies.
  • Map talent across Gen AI, Defence AI, Robotics & Autonomous Systems, Bio AI, and more.
  • Lead and develop your own team of specialists, hiring experienced consultants with relevant backgrounds.
  • Manage full 360 processes: BD, sourcing, negotiation, post-placement.

Experience required:

  • Proven 360 recruiter in GTM or tech sales markets.
  • Leadership / management experience.
  • Interest in AI and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to communicate GTM and team structure with founders and hiring managers.
  • Confidence to build a niche desk in a fast-growing space.
  • Openness to collaborate and stay updated on recruitment techniques.
  • Long-term ambition to build and be a key part of a successful organization.
