HV Electrical Supervisor

Location: Nottingham, Mansfield, Newark on Trent, Grantham, Southwell, Sleaford, Sutton upon Ashfield, or surrounding areas

Salary: Up to £60k DOE + potential company vehicle + 25 days holiday + bank holidays and an extra 5 days trading holiday + birthday off + enhanced paternity and maternity pay + company benefits

We’re working with one of the UK’s most respected names in HV infrastructure — delivering complex, high-profile projects that keep the country connected and powered. They’re looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to own the delivery of critical works on-site.

This role goes beyond typical site-based work — you’ll be a key player, steering project delivery across some of the most ambitious electrical infrastructure developments in the UK today.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee LV & HV electrical installations, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Manage wiring, switchgear assembly, earthing, cabling, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, including NRSWA and NJUG guidelines, while maintaining high safety standards.
• Supervise subcontractors, review contracts, and manage project timelines and deliverables.

The Person:

• Experience as a HV Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Experience working with HV installations, including switchgear, transformers, generators, substations, etc.
