Job description

Our client is a fast growth tech company providing IT & Comms technology to small and medium businesses throughout the UK.

This role will suit an enthusiastic customer service focused individual with previous experience wortking within the ICT sector preferably in a 2nd line role. You will be troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems onsite for clients. When not onsite with clients you will assist the IT Helpdesk.

Main duties:

• Attend customer sites to diagnose and repair services
• Perform routine maintenance on hardware, software and networks
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Install and configure software applications and operating systems
• Provide technical support to users

Experience required:

• Have an ICT background with 2nd Line experience
• Practical knowledge of being onsite supporting customers
• Full driving license (use of pool vehicles)
• The ability to work quickly, calmly and accurately under pressure

This is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely fast growth technology company with a nationwide presence. This role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and does NOT offer hybrid or remote working.
