Role Overview
The role of a Service Maintenance and Repair Technician is multifaceted and impactful. Due to a successful year, we are expanding the team. You will be the friendly face providing first-class service and repair work, whether at customers’ workplaces or homes.
As part of our mobile mechanic team, you will attend appointments, complete service inspections, handle breakdowns, provide on-the-spot repairs, and keep things running smoothly. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will help you excel in your role. What Will I Be Doing?
- Communicator: Master diagnostics and delight customers by sharing knowledge clearly, making them feel safe and cared for.
- Self-starter: Work independently or within a team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions. No two jobs are the same, offering variety through appointment-based work and breakdowns.
- Fixer/Problem Solver: Use your technical skills to resolve a variety of issues, whether fixing vehicles roadside or attending appointments, enabling customers to get on with their day.

What Do I Need?
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
- A full category B driving license with 6 points or less.
- Flexibility to work hours that may include evenings.
