You will be supported and mentored to deliver designs and collaborate with professionals on projects ranging from £5M to £1B. We offer excellent support to help you become chartered. Working in teams of various sizes, you will help develop digital and sustainable solutions for clients across the UK and Europe.

Accepted degrees: BEng or MEng, MSc in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with structural interests.

Qualifications & Experience

• You will be graduating in or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• You will demonstrate skills such as resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required (we embrace virtual working where possible).
