Join Our Team as Manager Regulatory Affairs

Reporting to the Director, Quality Assurance, you will be the onsite subject matter expert working cross-functionally across the Australian business to lead, define, develop, and deliver regulatory and compliance programs to drive business performance.

About The Role

The successful candidate will develop and deliver our internal governance program and advise on regulatory and compliance matters related to food safety, quality, trade, and market access.

  • Oversee compliance with food regulations relevant to food safety, quality assurance, labeling, trade, and market access in Australia.
  • Provide expert advice on regulations to ensure compliance and success.
  • Develop and administer a Governance Program around food regulations and customer requirements.
  • Advise the business on regulatory changes and their impacts.
  • Support our Australian sites in Melbourne and Sunshine Coast, Qld.
About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • 5+ years' experience in regulatory or compliance roles in food or pharmaceutical industries
  • High proficiency in understanding and interpreting food regulations
  • Knowledge of import/export requirements
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
