Location: The Portland Hospital, London
Hours: Part time, 26.25 hrs per week
Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, short days
Contract: Fixed term to cover Maternity leave until April 2026

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Staff Nurse to join the pre-assessment team at The Portland Hospital, internationally renowned for clinical excellence. The hospital is dedicated to women and children, offering expertise in Paediatrics, Obstetrics, and Women’s Health.
As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care within the gynaecology pre-operative assessment department, working with the inpatient team to ensure excellent patient care for women attending for surgical procedures.
The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, identifying health concerns, educating patients about surgery, anesthesia, and post-operative care, and managing patient care plans to optimize outcomes.
