G'day mate! Urban Baristas is an Australian Coffee Company with multiple sites across London, passionate about speciality coffee, roasting and the Aussie brunch culture. We are looking for a passionate barista who absolutely loves making high-quality coffee in a fast-paced environment.

Our baristas have excellent product knowledge, attention to detail, efficiency, and cleanliness, and most importantly are friendly, engaging, and fun to be around.

As an applicant you’ll have:

1. Experience in a high-volume coffee environment, serving quality shots and steaming milk with banging latte art.
2. A positive, confident, and open-minded attitude.
3. Great communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
4. High-volume coffee experience highly regarded.
5. Customer service experience.
6. Good organization skills.
7. Availability on weekends.
