WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

1. Passion for coffee & tea (ideally), latte art, and machine troubleshooting abilities, as well as being able to pour a decent pint.
2. 1 year+ experience in a similar high-end venue.
3. Good level of English and comfortable with guest interaction.
4. Great energy levels even on early starts.
5. (Ideally) basic cocktail making skills and general knowledge of drinks and bar operation.
