Role Overview

The Project Investment Manager is a key position within the UK & Ireland Central Project Investment Team. You will oversee the evaluation and delivery of capital projects, ensuring they meet standards of cost, time, quality, and risk management. Your role involves standardizing project processes, collaborating with factory and engineering teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of engineering projects across southern UK sites.
• Control CAPEX budgets, prioritize projects, and ensure robust delivery.
• Deploy business tools like CAPEX and SAP.
• Design, procure, install, and commission production lines and automation systems.
• Collaborate with factory teams and manage project feasibility studies.
• Update project management tools and templates, integrating into electronic systems.
• Assess UK manufacturing capabilities and manage project risks.
• Lead project meetings, report status, and resolve issues efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in engineering and project management within a blue-chip or FMCG environment.
