Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Multitrade Builder at Cognitive Construction located in Milton Keynes. The Multitrade Builder will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to construction, including but not limited to shell building activities such as Groundworks, Brickwork, Structural steel work, Carpentry, Roofing, and Plastering, along with knowledge of plumbing and electrical work. The role involves working in a team on-site to bring projects to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in Groundworks, Brickwork, Carpentry, Roofing, Plastering, and knowledge of Plumbing and Electrical Work
• Experience in construction and building trades
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Health and safety awareness and compliance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Relevant certification or trade qualifications are advantageous
• Tools and equipment are advantageous
• Driving Licence and vehicle
• Employment or subcontract contracts available
