Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Multitrade Builder at Cognitive Construction located in Milton Keynes. The Multitrade Builder will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to construction, including but not limited to shell building activities such as Groundworks, Brickwork, Structural steel work, Carpentry, Roofing, Plastering, as well as knowledge around plumbing and electrical work. The role involves working in a team on-site to bring projects to completion.

Qualifications

1. Experience in construction and building trades, including Groundworks, Brickwork, Carpentry, Roofing, and Plastering, with knowledge of Plumbing and Electrical work.
2. Problem-solving and attention to detail skills.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Health and safety awareness and compliance.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Relevant certification or trade qualifications are advantageous.
7. Tools and equipment knowledge is advantageous.
8. Driving Licence and vehicle.
9. Employment or subcontract options are available.
