What You'll Own:

  • Architect & Oversee a Best-in-Class QMS: Develop and implement a Quality Management System that ensures compliance with ISO, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Lead & Elevate a High-Performance Team: Build a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement within the quality team.

  • Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain to align quality objectives with business and customer expectations.
  • Supplier Quality Optimization: Working with the supply chain leader, audit vendors, and implement corrective actions.

Who You Are:

  • Proven track record in reducing defect rates, driving supplier quality improvements, and leading successful audits.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and hands-on approach to quality enhancement.

Required Certifications:

  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) (ASQ)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
