We are a Chinese restaurant located in Soho, currently seeking an experienced kitchen chef to join our back-of-house team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Steam dim sum to the required standard.
2. Fry items and pan-fry dumplings.
3. Check and manage kitchen inventory.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
5. Wash kitchen utensils and follow hygiene procedures.

Requirements:

• Must be fast and efficient in food preparation and service.
• Able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and follow daily kitchen cleaning requirements.
• Knowledge of dim sum is a strong advantage.
• Long-term availability is preferred.
