Role Description

Duties & Responsibilities include:

1. Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
2. Comply with Health and Safety Policy
3. Remove faulty equipment from use and report following correct procedures
4. Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by management
5. Work across multiple departments, including Food & Beverage, Guest Care, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Reception

Experience in some areas will be beneficial; full training provided.

Working hours are between 06:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday. Shifts vary weekly and are scheduled as needed.

Uniform (excluding footwear) and in-house training are provided.

You must be eligible to work in the UK.
