Key Responsibilities

• Executive Coaching & Mentoring: Provide coaching to senior leaders, offer feedback, and mentor leadership teams to improve collaboration and career development.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate on strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, oversee key operational functions, and identify new opportunities.
• Strategic Leadership: Advise the CEO and leadership on organizational performance, lead initiatives on employee engagement, succession planning, and culture building.

Key Qualifications
