Job description

We're looking for Graduate Engineering Geologists to carry out onsite day-to-day support to the contract team for the delivery of medium and large contracts, focusing on delivery. This includes safety, quality, cost control, performance to programme, and customer service.

You'll support projects across the UK, combining on-site and office-based work, communicating our progress regularly with clients, and working closely with site teams to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Responsibilities include ensuring our equipment is suitable, directing trial pit and borehole locations and sampling, executing grouting, conducting specific in-situ testing, logging soils and rocks, preparing laboratory test schedules, and managing all contract reports.

You need a degree in Civil Engineering or a Geology-related subject (or an equivalent qualification), with a good understanding of ground conditions, drilling, and site investigation work.

To liaise effectively with clients and colleagues, you'll need excellent communication and relationship-building skills, plus a full UK driving license to visit our sites across the country.
