We have a rare opportunity to lead operations in a new energy venture. This role aims to deliver low-cost, high customer satisfaction. You will be the senior operations leader shaping the operating model, build, and run phases.

Key accountabilities:

• Lead the creation and operation of a leading energy operating model.
• Focus initially on setup, defining structures, processes, and systems.
• Own operational expenses for customer care, back-office, and industry flow, including onboarding, complaints, debt management, metering, and reporting.
• Bring senior leadership experience in retail energy operations.
• Develop a team of operational experts focused on efficiency and customer service.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with energy operations professionals across Centrica.
• Ensure compliance with FCA and Ofgem standards.

What we're looking for:

• Experienced energy operations leader with hands-on experience in a top energy organization.
• Deep knowledge of energy regulations, licensing, OFGEM guidance, and reporting standards.
• Innovative thinker with a focus on operational excellence and customer service.
• Growth mindset and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience managing significant budgets and leading teams of 10+.
