Intradco Global is seeking a Cargo Account Manager - Commercial to relocate to Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow within a global team.

Purpose of Role
  1. Manage and expand Intradco's brand in the IMEA region.
  2. Develop a sales strategy aligned with Intradco's overall strategy and 2030 growth plans.
  3. Identify, target, and secure business opportunities across the Africa region.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify new potential areas for business development proactively.
  2. Research and grow opportunities in new and existing markets to meet business goals.
  3. Secure new clients through cold calling and face-to-face meetings when appropriate.
  4. Communicate effectively with aircraft providers and suppliers for charter offers.
  5. Negotiate with providers to ensure the best value for clients.
  6. Verify supplier contracts for compliance with company agreements.
  7. Track flight progress and keep clients updated on operational details.
  8. Work with clients to identify requirements and source suitable aircraft charter solutions.
  9. Develop relationships with key clients and new leads to maximize business and loyalty.
  10. Keep clients informed of developments related to their enquiries or bookings.
  11. Coordinate administrative duties related to flight bookings with relevant departments within Intradco and Chapman Freeborn.
