Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and define project plans and deliverables working with stakeholders, clients, and the core Unity team.
  • Maintain and track plans through to completion, managing blockers, issues, and risks.
  • Assess applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures or precedents.
  • Identify risks and consider the business implications of applying technology to the current environment.
  • Create and prepare reports, metrics, and presentations.
  • Work as part of a team to accomplish objectives and recommend enhancements.
  • Assess risks when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and safeguarding Citi's reputation and assets.
  • Support program management tasks.
  • Collaborate with globally distributed multicultural teams.

Mandatory skills:

  • Experience in Agile SCRUM methodology.
  • Technical background with understanding of SQL, REST API, messaging systems (Kafka, Solace), and client API integrations.
  • Good presentation skills, including creating PowerPoint decks and presenting.
  • Knowledge of business systems and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop working relationships.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and approach work methodically with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to quickly master new tasks.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Background in finance or banking.
