We work with some of the UK's largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance, and improvement across all property sectors.

We are looking for an all-round Multi Trader in the Hastings area to carry out all aspects of housing maintenance (not M&E), providing services to our clients at a high-quality standard.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
2. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from our clients.
3. Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
4. Conduct inspections and identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.
5. Collaborate with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

• Up to £36,000 P/A, Van and Fuel

• OTE: £43,000
