Role Overview
Due to impressive growth, CB3 Consulting is seeking an enthusiastic Principal or Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will work on award-winning projects across East Anglia, including sectors such as Industrial, Education, Office, Research and Life Science, Healthcare, Leisure, and independent schools, with project values up to £500m.
You will deliver comprehensive cost management consultancy services, collaborating with colleagues to provide first-class support. The role offers opportunities for skill development, idea sharing, and contributing to the success of the business.
Candidate Requirements
Ideally, you will have consultancy experience, be chartered, and possess a passion for the industry and service delivery. Cost management experience is essential, along with an innovative mindset.
