An opportunity has arisen to join a leading provider of individual wealth management, asset management, and related services to private clients, charities, trustees, and professional partners. They have recently undergone a significant organizational change and are in the process of transforming their business and technology processes. The organization prides itself on its strong culture. Despite growth through acquisitions, they maintain a collaborative and supportive environment, providing a 'family feel' to their employees.
Your new role
A Project Manager is urgently required to join the organization to work on a high-profile pricing transformation programme. This multi-year, multi-workstream initiative focuses on consolidating rates across the business, including data analysis, client communications, internal communications, and implementation. The programme is expected to continue for at least three more years.
The Project Manager will focus on the client communication workstream, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate documentation. They will also manage key third-party vendors and facilitate mailing processes. Additionally, the Project Manager will communicate updates to stakeholders and lead steering committees with senior-level stakeholders. Strong communication skills are essential.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a strong Project Manager with experience in business change initiatives. Experience in client communications projects is desirable. Proven ability to lead steering committees and manage senior stakeholder relationships is essential. Knowledge of financial services is required, with experience in wealth or asset management being highly beneficial.
