Daily Duties for the Role of Architectural Technologist

• Provide architectural design services and project management across various sectors
• Work on projects focused on defence, secure infrastructure, and aviation industries
• Manage a multidisciplinary design team and deliver technical design solutions
• Produce technical packages from conception to completion
• Submit planning and building regulation applications
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance

Requirements for the Role of Architectural Technologist

• BSc in Architectural Technology
• Strong post-qualification experience within a UK practice
• MCIAT registered or working towards registration
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience in defence sector projects is desirable
• Job running experience
• Strong technical and design skills
• Thorough knowledge of UK building regulations
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
