What the job covers

• Writing and editing 2-4 articles daily based on performance data and market needs.
• Attending meetings with clients and internally.
• Defining content calendars for upcoming projects.
• Maintaining a CMS platform as an asset bank and newsroom, publishing high volumes of content, videos, and photos.
• Reviewing published content for editorial and SEO standards.
• Updating the homepage weekly and site sections monthly for seasonal relevance.
• Planning and coordinating article production with the studio.
• Ensuring production deadlines and targets are met.
• Assisting with content transcreation as needed.
• Researching topics thoroughly and sourcing credible references.
• Writing SEO-optimized articles on topics like Health & Wellness, Lifestyle, etc., and creating engaging videos.
• Optimizing articles using SEO best practices.
• Creating newsletters aligned with editorial narratives and audience needs.
• Managing internal processes between teams and freelancers.
• Collaborating on project design, SEO, technical guidelines, and content production.
• Acting as a brand guardian to maintain high-quality content standards.
• Ensuring photoshoots and video shoots meet client needs in collaboration with the studio team.

Who we’re looking for

• Fluent in English.
• 3-6 years of writing and editing experience, preferably in English.
• Background in digital media with knowledge of Personal Finance, Health & Wellness, Insurance.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, leading content teams.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics/Adwords is an advantage.
• Expertise in inbound marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
• SEO knowledge is essential.
• Creative mindset with a positive attitude.
