Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality scientific, medical, and educational materials (writing, proofreading, data-checking) such as slides, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, infographics, and more, aligning with client needs under the guidance of scientific leads.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with international pharmaceutical clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders, anticipating their needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, authors, clients, and vendors.
  • Participate in workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance skills and contribute to organizational goals.
  • Attend client and external meetings, supporting senior team members as required.
  • Collaborate with client directors to develop ideas and implement medical communication initiatives in digital formats, including publication extenders, infographics, website content, and patient narratives.
  • Ensure all materials comply with client requirements, SOPs, style guides, and internal standards, updating documents as needed.
  • Contribute as a document specialist, providing intellectual input across various document types and making research accessible to targeted audiences.
  • Share best practices and client preferences to foster skill development within the team.
Qualifications and Prerequisites
  • 1-3 years of relevant scientific writing experience.
  • PhD/MD (Pharmacology) or PhD (Life Sciences), PharmD, or MPharm/M.Sc with understanding of clinical research and medical communication.
  • Clear, concise scientific writing style with high attention to detail and excellent language skills.
  • Ability to adapt writing style to different materials and audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of biostatistics.
  • Skills in literature review and evaluation.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
