Salary: £12.25 rising to £12.45

Location: Holdingham House & Lodge, Sleaford, NG34 8YU

Positions: Full Time available

Full-Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Times: 7 AM - 3 PM and 2 PM - 10 PM

Long Day: 7 AM - 10 PM

Are you kind, compassionate, or empathetic? No experience is necessary as training is provided. We welcome applicants from various backgrounds including retail, hospitality, warehouse, cleaning, customer service, or admin. We will support your ongoing training and career development.

Your Role

Help promote independence, choice, and inclusion for people living with learning disabilities. Your duties will include:

• Companionship
• Personal Care & Support
• Teaching independent living skills
• Managing medication
• Community activities such as swimming and social outings
