Job summary:

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

ØMaintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of manufacturing and packaging machinery

ØConduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance

ØDiagnose and resolve technical faults to minimise production disruptions

ØWork with automation, control systems, and other technologies as required

ØEnsure all equipment operates in line with company standards and regulatory requirements

ØIdentify and implement efficiency improvements in processes and equipment

ØCollaborate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations

ØKeep accurate maintenance records for compliance and performance tracking

ØSupport Projects and Installation works

ØFollow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to health & safety regulations

ØSupport a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team

ØMaintain a positive, proactive, and can-do attitude

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills:

ØProven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a manufacturing environment

ØAbility to diagnose and repair a range of production machinery

ØStrong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills

ØUnderstanding of GMP and quality control principles

ØExcellent communication and teamwork skills

Desirable Skills:

ØExperience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing

ØFamiliarity with automation, control systems, and PLCs

ØUnderstanding of industry regulations

ØAdditional technical qualifications or training
