Job summary

A leading business services provider in Brentford is seeking a Senior Sales Finance Analyst to drive growth through financial insights and commercial discipline. Qualifications

About the Company:

Investigo is exclusively partnering with a leading provider of business services. Their operations cover numerous countries, and the business employs over 2,000 people across multiple branches. Our client is private equity-backed and is looking to continue its rapid growth plans. Due to this growth, they are now looking to recruit an FP&A Business Partner to work alongside the Sales channels.

The newly created role will play a key part in driving the growth of the UK business, reporting to the Head of FP&A and supporting the Business Development Director and Commercial Director with commercial insights, opportunities, and plans to deliver the growth targets. They will become a trusted partner to the leadership team and integrate into the commercial teams to provide insight and commercial challenge to drive forward go-to-market business performance with a customer-first focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the sales & marketing budgeting and forecasting, including sales less materials, sales headcount, and marketing costs.
  • P&L performance management, identifying risks and opportunities to the Executive, and creating robust plans to optimise sales and marketing effectiveness KPIs, with course correction where required.
  • Partner with the Business Development and Commercial Directors to drive commercial discipline through sales and marketing, aiming to deliver targets and optimise profitability through analysis and insights.
  • Provide a deep understanding of the profitability of new placements through the commercial organisation to drive machine service sales that maximize profitability while delivering value to the customer.
  • Provide insights and analysis on marketing effectiveness to support further investment in inbound lead generation to accelerate business growth.
  • Production and distribution of monthly insight packs and management presentations.
  • Create, refine, and automate reporting tools, models, and dashboards that analyze KPIs focused on optimizing placements, pricing, margins, and reducing pulls, enabling leadership to make timely, accurate, and fact-based decisions.

Qualifications:

2-4 years PQE (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)

Experience in fast-paced industries such as Retail, FMCG, or B2B Services within a high-growth environment

Previous experience in FP&A and/or Business Partnering is essential
