Job title: People & Culture Coordinator

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

You'll support people operations, manage vital documentation, assist with colleague relations, and ensure everything runs smoothly and in line with company policies. The People & Culture Coordinator will

  • Own the onboarding and offboarding process, from background checks to system setup.
  • Manage internal changes including promotions, department transfers and role changes.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle, from drafting letters and contracts to creating forms and email templates.
  • Keep our HRIS (Cezanne) up to date and generate key people reports on headcount, promotions, and more.
  • Be the go-to for colleague queries, providing friendly and efficient support.
  • Work closely with payroll and IT to implement changes and streamline people processes.
  • Administer employee benefits, including healthcare, insurance, and perks, from enrolment to claims.
  • Keep benefits info clear, accurate, and accessible across policies and platforms.
  • Support people team projects, from engagement programmes to policy updates and system improvements

About you

  • Proven admin pro who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Confident with HR systems and sharp on people data
  • MS Office whiz – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, you name it.
  • Experience in shared service centres and HR support functions
  • Knows onboarding inside-out and keeps processes running smoothly.
  • Eagle-eyed attention to detail with top-notch organisational skills
  • Clear, confident communicator – written, verbal, and everything in between.
  • Naturally curious, always improving, and ready to take initiative.
