Job Description:

NurtureCare is commissioned to support children and young adults with complex health and additional health needs within the home environment.

Position Details:

• Full-time with fully flexible day and night shifts, including waking nights.
• Rewarding work environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Level 2/Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Note: We are currently unable to offer sponsorships for this position.

Clinical Care Responsibilities (training provided):

• Moving and handling, including use of hoists and slide sheets.
• Assisting with morning and night routines, including personal care, dressing, and washing.
• Supporting with eating and drinking.

Preferred but not required:

• Previous experience in care roles.
• Experience with moving and handling.
