Commercial Property Solicitor, Liverpool

Service Care Solutions is currently working with a growing law firm based in Liverpool. They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor who is driven, talented, and self-motivated.

Experience dealing with S25 Notices is advantageous.

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities as Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Be highly organized and efficient
• Be a technically competent and tactical solicitor with the ability to analyze risk and utilize commercial knowledge
• Maintain high standards of client care and service
• Understand source of funds and AML requirements, assess client needs, and deliver commercial solutions
• Pay exceptional attention to detail
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities to meet deadlines
