You'll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long-lasting relationships, and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. This isn’t your average retail role. It’s much more than just a store job. You’ll serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. Be prepared for hot summers and cold winters. If you take pride in your work, our customers will notice and appreciate us all the more.

Day-to-day
  1. Mucking in. Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and preparing orders.
  2. Delivering great service. Providing a positive customer experience with a smile, regardless of how busy it gets.
  3. Asking questions and building relationships. Ensuring our customers leave with everything they need for their tasks.
  4. Building a fun working environment. Maintaining product availability and high store standards, making the branch a welcoming place for everyone.
