You'll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long-lasting relationships, and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. This isn’t your average retail role. It’s much more than just a store job. You’ll serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. Day-to-day

1. Mucking in. Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and preparing orders.
2. Delivering great service. Providing a positive customer experience with a smile, regardless of how busy it gets.
3. Asking questions and building relationships. Ensuring our customers leave with everything they need for their tasks.
4. Building a fun working environment. Maintaining product availability and high store standards, making the branch a welcoming place for everyone.
