More than 1 billion people globally live with obesity, a major leading indicator of many preventable chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.
Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses, and pharmacists.
Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months:
- We grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management, and expanded our team from 50 to 200 members.
- Globally, we increased revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burn by 90% YoY, raising over $100M USD from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird, and Airtree—early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe, Uber, and Airbnb.
What’s next?
In 2025, we aim to support hundreds of thousands of patients while expanding into new conditions, demographics, and geographies, moving towards our vision of creating a preventive healthcare ecosystem.
We’re building the world’s largest international digital healthcare company. This will be highly challenging, very rewarding, and the adventure of a lifetime, working with some of the best operators you will ever encounter.
If that excites you, let’s talk!
About The Role
We’re creating a bold new brand to transform how people in the UK access and experience healthcare, from diagnosis to treatment. Sitting at the intersection of clinical care, digital experience, and behaviour change, we’re now looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Founding Product Manager to help bring this vision to life.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role. You’ll be part of the founding team, operating across product development, patient experience, and strategic execution—working directly with the Programme Lead to shape the brand from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Launch offerings that shape the future of health. From concept to launch, you’ll lead the creation of new products & services—defining what we offer and how we deliver it.
- Design & implement a world-class patient journey. You’ll obsess over the patient experience, tracking key pain points and iterating quickly to create something our patients love.
- Drive smart, scalable product changes. You’ll partner with Product & Engineering to evolve our mobile app and core systems in line with new offerings and ongoing improvements.
- Be the Programme Lead’s right hand. Act as a generalist—spanning commercial strategy, operations, and whatever the week throws at us.
About You
Skills & Experience
- Foundational experience in high-velocity environments: You bring 6+ years of experience in fast-paced, high-ownership settings—at least 2 of those in product management or in adjacent roles where you've delivered product-like outcomes (such as strategy, operations, or growth in a tech startup).
- Creative problem-solver and systems thinker: You’re energised by complex, ambiguous problems and bring urgency, focus, and clear thinking to solving them. You know how to structure chaos into progress and break big goals into practical next steps.
- Customer-obsessed with strong product instinct: You build with empathy, curiosity, and craft. You have sharp product judgment and are driven to create experiences that people genuinely love and return to.
- Data-driven and outcome-oriented: You cut through noise, identify signal, and make decisions rooted in evidence. You’re comfortable using data to shape direction and measure what matters.
- Scrappy and execution-focused: You’re hands-on and proactive. Whether the brief is vague or resources are tight, you know how to move things forward and generate momentum.
- Curious about healthcare and the future of wellness: You’re engaged in the space and tuned into the trends shaping it. You’re excited about building in a sector that genuinely matters.
- You act like an owner: You take full accountability for your work and outcomes. You step up when needed, rally others around a shared goal, and aren’t afraid to get stuck in to get the job done.
- Relentlessly resourceful: You default to action, adapt quickly, and find a way—especially when the path isn’t obvious. You balance ambition with pragmatism and maintain high standards, even in high ambiguity.
- Calm, clear, and resilient: You operate well under pressure, know how to prioritise, and thrive in startup messiness. You bring clarity to complexity and momentum to uncertainty.
- Development-oriented: You’re eager to learn and improve. You seek feedback, invest in your growth, and encourage others to raise their standards. You see every experience as an opportunity to improve.
- Bonus points: Experience in healthcare or building products that influence behaviour in regulated, high-trust environments is a plus.
