WHAT'S THE PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE?

This is a brand new role and an incredible opportunity for a results-driven product marketing manager to join a rapidly scaling business at an exciting period. You will develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness, customer engagement, and revenue. You will collaborate closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and maintain product messaging that resonates with target audiences
• Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and enablement
• Work with PR & Social media managers to create marketing collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and website content
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products, support cross-selling, enhance client retention, and drive revenue
• Provide feedback on product features and support product evolution in collaboration with product management and sales

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

These are our essential requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Up to 5 years' proven experience in a Product Marketing role within a SaaS or financial services environment (generalist backgrounds including some product marketing are not suitable)
• Proven ability to create compelling messaging and campaigns that drive engagement
• Creative and analytical skills
• Planning and project management skills
• Positive, entrepreneurial approach

WAYS OF WORKING

You can base yourself in London EC1 or Haddenham. Our hybrid working model requires you to be in the office a few days each week, with at least one day in the Haddenham office, which is conveniently located on the main train line from London Marylebone to Oxford.
