Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a UK-based SaaS company that builds critical software for housing associations, local authorities, and developers. Their mission is to support the delivery of affordable homes by providing intuitive, data-led solutions to manage complex development projects.

As Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, translating user feedback and business goals into actionable stories, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features. You’ll bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, always putting user needs and value delivery at the centre.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own the product backlog, ensuring all items are clear, prioritised, and aligned with company objectives
• Gather and analyse user feedback, market insights, and usage data to drive product decisions
• Work closely with engineering, UX, sales, and marketing to deliver high-quality features on time
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Validate features post-release and continuously iterate based on customer feedback
• Monitor product performance using key metrics to assess impact and inform future priorities

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within a SaaS environment
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle
• Ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and a data-informed approach to product decisions
• Ideally, knowledge of the UK affordable or social housing sector
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and basic UX principles
