We are looking for an authentic and driven Kitchen Porter (Full-Time) to join us at Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel and embrace your unique, best self to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections!

Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel combines traditional Edinburgh architecture with a modern indoor feel, offering our guests a luxurious stay. Whether relaxing in our Garden area, dining at BABA restaurant, or enjoying our Spa, we aim to delight every guest.

As a Kitchen Porter, we will support you to:

• Be yourself - bring your unique personality to work!
• Lead yourself - make decisions and exercise creativity to connect with our guests.
• Make it count - we provide the tools to create personalized experiences every day.

Your main duties will include: working in our fast-paced kitchen environment, washing cooking equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring sanitation of workspaces. We are looking for someone who has...

• Experience as a Kitchen Porter or Prep Chef (preferred)
• The ability to work quickly and assist where needed
• A drive to produce results and contribute to our personal guest experiences
• A warm, authentic personality with a can-do attitude and commitment to service
