Compensation: £15,238 / year

Description

4 shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends - 1 weekend off in 3.

As a Utilities Planner, you will be the key contact for the operational team before works commence.

You will have full accountability for planning and streetworks aspects of all works prior to site commencement. Your responsibilities include ensuring operational teams can perform their work according to received plans and requested dates, complying with NRSWA standards, and adhering to timescales to minimize financial impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of workstreams, coordinating from receipt to job completion.
• Schedule work orders in line with SLAs, optimizing travel routes and productivity.
• Identify issues early, ensuring information from inspections and other sources is correctly handled to facilitate appropriate responses and minimize challenges to invoices and FPNs.
• Maintain accurate and timely input of information into works management systems, recording and escalating issues as needed.
• Meet client and operational requirements professionally and efficiently.
• Contribute positively to the team by providing solutions and embracing change.
• Report safety issues according to company procedures.
