Job description

Togather started life as Feast It, in 2017, as a booking platform for people to book street food caterers for their birthday parties and weddings. Since then, we have grown to become the UK’s biggest events platform as Togather for food, drink, venues, photographers and more.

We’re here to help people make amazing memories on some of the biggest and best days of their lives. Whether they’re planning a company summer party, hosting an epic dinner party, or running a festival, we can help with all of it.

Our success is thanks to our community of partners, carefully selected from across the country.

We’ve collaborated with brands and personalities like Amazon, Nike, London Pride, Tom Cruise, Star Wars, and Taylor Swift. Our team has been recognized as #7 in the Startups 100 Awards and among the top 15 in Tempo's 50 Best Places To Work. Our team loves what they do, which makes working here rewarding.

The Role

Working with our Event Production team, our Freelance Event Producers report to one of our two Event Leads. You will work with a diverse range of clients, including IMG, Boiler Room, RHS, Broadwick Live, and Krankbrother, delivering events across sectors like music festivals, Christmas light trails, fireworks shows, plane shows, and cultural events.

The Event Production team collaborates with our supply team to curate high-quality F&B lineups for these events. Responsibilities include managing one street food area or overseeing F&B across the entire event, ensuring all supplier details are accurate (licenses, H&S checks, allergen charts), handling site payments, and managing onsite operations from load-in to load-out.

Requirements

Freelance Event Producers will support our permanent team during peak seasons (Summer and Christmas). We are always keen to connect with talented individuals for these periods. To be suitable, you must have:

  • Experience working on large-scale greenfield events.
  • The ability to thrive onsite at events, including weekends, late nights, or early mornings.
  • Experience managing multiple F&B traders onsite.
  • Strong organizational skills and tech savviness, as our platform and automation are central to our operations.
  • The right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Our offices are in London, with a hybrid work model requiring at least 3 days in the office weekly.

We value diversity and are committed to equal opportunities. We especially encourage applications from underrepresented backgrounds. If you are on a fixed-term or permanent contract, benefits include:

  • 25 days holiday
  • Enhanced pension
  • EAP services
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
  • Free coffee, beer, pizza, and snacks at the office
  • Discounts at London's top restaurants and bars
  • Regular team socials and events
  • A new MacBook for work
  • Invitations to food industry events, often with free food
