We are seeking experienced Freelance Event Producers to support our Event Production team, working with a diverse range of clients and events across the UK, especially during peak seasons like summer and Christmas.

About Togather

Originally launched as Feast It in 2017, Togather has grown into the UK’s largest events platform, offering services for food, drink, venues, and more. We collaborate with major brands and events, providing memorable experiences for significant occasions.

The Role

As a Freelance Event Producer, you will work closely with our Event Leads and support the delivery of various events, including festivals, light trails, fireworks, and cultural events. Your responsibilities include managing F&B lineups, ensuring compliance with licenses and health & safety standards, and overseeing onsite operations from load-in to load-out.

Requirements

• Experience managing large-scale greenfield events.
• Ability to work onsite during events, including weekends, nights, and early mornings.
• Previous experience managing multiple F&B traders onsite.
• Highly organized and comfortable with technology, as our platform is integral to our operations.
• Legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
