Job Description

The role involves planning and preparing financial reports for a portfolio of funds, ensuring deadlines are met and client accounting requirements are in compliance with contractual obligations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop understanding of all entities within the fund structure, their transactions, and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain processes for timely delivery of client accounting requirements related to financial reports and accounts.
  • Apply current accounting standards (UK GAAP or IFRS) and best practices, updating as standards evolve.
  • Establish reporting procedures for new funds based on fund documents and client needs.
  • Support the administration team to ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping.
  • Calculate Net Asset Values according to fund requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients and advisers to set account production timetables.
  • Participate in client meetings regarding accounts.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure timely audits.
  • Meet regulatory and statutory reporting obligations.
  • Adhere to and contribute to the development of company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably required.
