Our client is recruiting a Head Banqueting Chef to manage the conference and banqueting kitchen of their luxury hotel in Buckinghamshire. This is an opportunity for a highly organized chef to oversee their kitchen, reporting to the Executive Chef. You will manage a team of chefs and prepare meals for high-end banqueting, conferences, events, BBQs, buffets, lunches, and VIP events. You will need strong management skills and the ability to run the banqueting kitchen efficiently.
