Head Chef - Conference & Banqueting - Luxury Hotel - Buckinghamshire

Our client is recruiting a Head Banqueting Chef to manage the conference and banqueting kitchen of their luxury hotel in Buckinghamshire. This is an opportunity for a highly organized chef to oversee their kitchen, reporting to the Executive Chef. You will manage a team of chefs and prepare meals for high-end banqueting, conferences, events, BBQs, buffets, lunches, and VIP events. You will need strong management skills and the ability to run the banqueting kitchen efficiently.

The Role
  • Manage the banqueting kitchen to serve meals for conferences, weddings, and events
  • Lead your team of chefs

  • Collaborate with other managers to ensure smooth execution of conference and banqueting events
The Person
  • Already a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef
  • Strong background in banqueting, weddings, and events to AA rosette standards
  • Calm demeanor and team player
  • Understanding of all kitchen paperwork
