About the role:

We seek a highly skilled Insurance Pricing professional to represent the Pricing function within NFU Mutual’s major transformational project. This role involves designing, developing, and enhancing our pricing capabilities, ensuring integration within the wider project scope. You will drive pricing strategy and execution in an agile environment, serving as the main contact for technical pricing queries and decisions.

As a key member of the agile squad, you will collaborate with the Workstream Lead, Product Owner, and Scrum Master to ensure effective squad operations. You will also handle planning, reporting, and presenting to senior stakeholders, maintaining the pricing programme plan for timely delivery.

You will act as an ambassador for the Pricing function, building relationships with stakeholders across NFU Mutual, including Underwriting, Claims, and IT. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pricing expert who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and aims to make a significant impact on a high-profile transformation.

About you:

We are looking for a pricing professional with extensive experience in general insurance pricing. You should demonstrate expertise across all Pricing disciplines and familiarity with Radar, Guidewire, and SQL.

You will have a proven track record in implementing pricing strategies, with the ability to mentor team members and review work for accuracy and quality.

Experience working in an agile environment and understanding agile methods is preferred.

Additionally, you should possess:

• Effective communication skills for impactful presentations
• Excellent stakeholder management, especially with senior professionals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for sound decision-making
